Re-usable Granules

The granules produced by the plastic recycling machine can be put directly back into the production line, in most cases for blown film , pipe extrusion processes and plastic products injection etc.

1. Pellets from industrial waste recycling

On average, post industrial waste makes up 5% or more of the whole production line, making in-house recycling very important nowadays as it can significantly reduce the cost of virgin material purchasing. The plastic pellets produced from industrial waste are almost like new and can be re-used for producing high quality plastic products once again.

2. Pellets from post-consumer recycling

HPD is also designed to used for washed and recycle different kinds of plastics. The recovered particles can be reused in the extrusion or injection process, whether 100% (such as garbage bags, LDPE pipe production etc.), or as part of the mixture to reduce the cost of raw materials. The particle quality can also be improved by the direct addition of master batch and additives.
